African American History and Genealogy Series

Newspapers such as The St. Louis American are valuable tools for learning about our ancestors, especially when used in conjunction with other materials. This program will combine newspaper research with resources at MHM’s Library and Research Center and other archives in an effort to supplement incomplete and dispersed cemetery records.

Presented in partnership with the St. Louis African American History & Genealogy Society.
