Storytelling in the Museum
Storytelling in the Museum

Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:30am to 11:15am in the History Clubhouse.

Storytelling programs engage our youngest visitors and their families in historic objects and Museum settings by using traditional and contemporary storybooks. Children will also enjoy a hands-on craft. Each 45-minute session is FREE. This program is recommended for children ages 2–5.

Kids only (adults are welcome with children).

We also offer storytelling in Spanish! Cuentos en español en el museo is held once a month on Thursdays or Saturdays.

Cuentos en español en el museo is generously supported by the PNC Foundation.

Please note: These storytelling programs aren't intended for groups. Our space is limited, and we want everyone to have a high-quality experience. We ask that groups with 6 or more children call (314) 454-3114 to discuss options for attending Storytelling in the Museum. Early childhood groups, preschools, daycares, and play groups are invited to make advance reservations for free, private storytelling sessions. Groups of 6 or more won't be permitted to attend the regularly scheduled programs.
